In order to have a decent meal at night, I resorted to a lot of night cooking. I would start cooking after we had dinner for the following night. So far this works well for dishes like stews, pasta sauces etc that require a long cooking time.
I have also stocked the fridge with bread rolls and garlic bread. More soups next week?

Looks yummy and what a great idea. I am quite slack only decide on the day what we are going to eat. My Mother in law and my older sister both do menu plans each weekend for the following week. I should get more organised and do that.
